All of our Dentists perform root canal treatment. Root Canal is designed to extend the lifespan of teeth that have dead or irreversibly inflamed pulps/nerves of teeth. Root canal treatment is performed under local anaesthesia and while used to treat painful teeth in most cases it is not a painful treatment.

Root canal treatment is usually performed across a minimum of 3 appointments and for back teeth especially a crown is usually recommended to help extend the lifespan of the tooth. Complex root canal treatments may not be possible in the chair and require specialist intervention.
